Dr. Richard C. Johanson served more than 20 years as a corporate manager on an international level. Later, during his 20 year as a member of the management department faculty at the University of Arkansas, he assembled a team of talented business management experts and made their consulting services available through Johanson Group, Inc. Dr. Johanson received his Ph.D. at North Texas State University and his M.B.A. and B.B.A. degrees at Southern Methodist University. He currently serves as chairman and senior advisor of the consulting firm. |

Blair R. Johanson, the firm's president, has over 20 years of business operations experience with a focus on strategic planning, budgeting, hospital and physician management, and marketing and human resource management. Prior to joining Johanson Group, Blair was employed by Pendulum Practice Management Company, Physicians Resource Group, Inc., and Charter Medical Corporation. As a senior vice president, regional operations vice president and hospital administrator, he provided development and operations leadership for numerous physician practices and hospitals. He graduated with a master's degree in business administration and B.S.B.A. degree in personnel administration from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. |

Bruce E. Johanson, a principal officer/partner of the firm, has served in a management capacity in various corporate and non-corporate positions since 1979. Those positions included five years of experience with two major multinational corporations, several years of instructing in various disciplines at the university level, and over 17 years as a management consultant to a diverse client group throughout the United States. He has experience in areas of international business with small, medium and large corporations. Bruce joined Johanson Group in 1986 and served as President of the firm from 1988 until 2000. He received his B.S.B.A. in personnel management in 1978 and his M.B.A. in 1979, both from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. |

Robyn S. Van Zandt is a career planning and assessment consultant, helping clients focus on suitable career options by assessing aptitudes, interests and personality style. She formerly served as a counselor at The Galaxy Center in Garland, Texas. She has a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Texas and a Master's of Education in Counseling from the University of North Texas. |
